The Molchanovs Education and Training System

I believe that traditional freediving courses are not the best way to teach someone to freedive. A diver does not progress through taking many freedive courses. They progress through constant training. This is why Myself, Alexey Molchanov and Chris Kim created the Molchanovs Education System. And so after a student finishes a Molchanovs course they are given access to the Molchanovs Training Community. Where myself and the worlds top freedivers and trainers publish a weekly training program. It allows divers to continue and develop themselves and extend their limits. The training program is called Base Training.

Australian Courses

Yes! A full, comprehensive and FREE training program for life is given to all Molchanovs students written by World Record Holder Alexey Molchanov, World Record Holder Goran Colak, World Record Holder Vitomir Marcic and myself. This training program will consist of minimum:

3 x pool training sessions per week
3 x depth training session and
2 x breathing, stretching and equalisation sessions per week.

After a student finishes the Wave 1 course they are given access to the Base 1 training program. After a student finishes the Wave 2 course they are given access to the Base 2 training program, where the skill level, difficulty and complexity of the program increases. After the Wave 3 course a student if given access to the Base 3 training program, which is designed for high-level freedivers to take their diving to the next level. After a student finishes the Wave 4 course they are given access to Base 4, the Molchanovs training program for elite and competitive divers.

Within their bases levels each student has the ability to scale the training so it’s appropriate for them but all Molchanovs students will do the same training, all over the world, as a global freediving community. We will all stay connected through the Molchanovs App and be able to share ideas, discuss our training and report our improvements.

We are a community of freedivers creating the best product for the freediving community. If you have taken freedive courses with other agencies you may be admitted into base training through a Molchanovs instructor. So if you would like access to the most complete and developed training program and system on thee planet let me know and we can make it happen.
